Do I need a partner?
NO! In dance class we will rotate partners so you'll get to know new people and different dance styles. During the dance we ask each other for a dance.
What kind of shoes?
There are no special shoes needed. Consider comfortable shoes that you won't slip out of.

Summer Swing is almost here, thank goodness! Plus, did you see the new start time!? A new start time in summer! Over summer we'll start an hour early - See you at 7pm for class and 8-9:30pm for free swing dance after!

Summer Swing is almost here, thank goodness! Plus, did you see the new start time!? A new start time in summer! Over summer we'll start an hour early - See you at 7pm for class and 8-9:30pm for free swing dance after!

Lindy Hoppers at Hamilton Walkers July Edition
We'll be swing dancing at our once-a-month SUNDAY dance in collaboration with the wonderful Hamilton Walkers restaurant in downtown Champaign!
The Illini Swing Society will be DJing and spinning on their beautiful dance floor. No cover!
