The Illini Swing Society has been hosting lessons, swing dance workshops, and exchanges since 1998. We have operated these events under a few different brands: Lindypalooza, Bubble City Bash, and CULX. Bubble City Bash has been in use since 2011 and represents workshop events that aren’t strictly Lindy Hop, but focus on the joy and traditions of all dances under the swing umbrella.
