Swing Dance in Champaign-Urbana

We start our fall program with a huge welcome dance on Sep 7th at the Illini Union. Dancers of all levels are invited and welcomed to this and all of our events. Find out about our fall swing dance classes and specialty events. Our of our main attractions of the year is our fall workshop that has been announced and registration is now open. Save the Date for Oct 25th - Oct 27th for internationally recognized dance instructor, Sylvia Sykes.

The Illini Swing Society is a Registered Student Organization (RSO) with the purpose of promoting the education and enjoyment of the various swing dance styles within the community of Champaign-Urbana. We hold dances, organize workshops, and offer lessons teaching Lindy Hop, Charleston, and other swing dances.
